This policy explains what personal data Stepz Club collects, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to stepzclub.com and to any order placed through it.

Who we are

Stepz Club is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question, write to privacy@stepzclub.com.

What we collect

• Order data — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, items purchased. We need this to fulfil the contract between us.
• Payment data — handled by our payment providers. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
• Account data — if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
• Marketing data — your email or phone number if you opt in to our list, and whether you opened or clicked a message.
• Usage data — pages viewed, device and browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract); to prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest); to send you marketing you asked for (consent, withdrawable at any time); and to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and SMS platform, and analytics providers — each only to the extent needed to do their job. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent where the law requires it.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside your country. Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, it is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent approved safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires, typically 7 years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, ask us to restrict it, or ask for it in a portable format. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in California, you may request disclosure or deletion and may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Write to privacy@stepzclub.com and we respond within 30 days.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to work, plus analytics and marketing cookies that only load with your consent where consent is required. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
