These terms govern your use of stepzclub.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
Stepz Club is an independent retailer of sneakers and streetwear. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any of the brands whose products we carry, unless a product page states otherwise. All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the item offered for sale.
2. Product descriptions and authenticity
Every item we sell is inspected and verified as genuine before it ships. We describe condition honestly and photograph what we hold. If we ever ship an item you believe is not genuine, return it and we refund you in full — see our Returns & Refunds policy.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and include VAT where applicable. Stock is limited and sizes sell out. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we cancel that line and refund it in full. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel the affected order with a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, reseller abuse, or a breach of these terms.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use automated tools to buy, scrape or monitor the store, and do not attempt to interfere with its security. Orders placed with bots are cancelled.
8. Intellectual property
The Stepz Club name, logo, photography and copy belong to us. Do not reuse them without written permission.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Stepz Club is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
