Size Guide

Every size on our product pages is US. Use the table to convert to UK, EU or centimetres — the filled square marks the sizes we actually run.

Measure, don't guess

1

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel flat against a wall, late in the day when your feet are at their largest.

2

Mark the tip of your longest toe — it is not always the big one.

3

Measure heel to mark in centimetres and read it off the CM column.

Between two sizes?

Go up. A shoe half a size large disappears with the right socks; half a size small never gets better.

Wide feet: go up half a size on adidas, stay put on New Balance — the 9060 and 530 already run generous through the forefoot.

Fit by model

Nike Dunk Low
True to size. Roomy through the toe box, snug over the instep — if you have a high instep, the laces do the work.
Nike Air Force 1
Runs about half a size large. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one.
Nike Mind slides
Whole sizes only. Half sizes take the next size up. Designed to sit loose — that is the point.
adidas Samba
Narrow and low volume, sized long. Most feet take half a size down; wide feet stay at their usual size.
adidas Sambae
Same last as the Samba on a platform sole. Size the same way you would size a Samba.
New Balance 9060
True to size with a generous forefoot. Wide fitters do not need to size up here.
New Balance 530
True to size, slightly narrower than the 9060. Thick socks? Half a size up.
