Fit

True to size, with a slightly wider footbed than Nike. Stay at your usual size. Sizes on this page are US — see the size guide for UK, EU and centimetre conversion.

Verified and shipped

Inspected and verified genuine before it leaves us, shipped tracked across the US and Europe, and covered by our 30-day return policy. How we verify.

Every pair is verified before it ships. That is the whole promise, and here is exactly what it means.

What we check

1. The box. Label, size run, style code and production date have to agree with the shoe inside.
2. Construction. Stitch count and spacing, glue lines, panel alignment, midsole shape and paint edges.
3. Materials. Leather grain, suede nap, mesh weave and the way the tongue and collar hold their shape.
4. Markings. Insole print, size tag typography, style code placement and any serial or QR element the model carries.
5. Smell and weight. Unglamorous, and two of the fastest tells there are.

What happens if we get it wrong

If you ever receive an item from us that you believe is not genuine, email support@stepzclub.com. Send it back and we refund you in full, including shipping both ways. No restocking fee, no argument, no waiting for a third-party verdict.

Where our stock comes from

We source through the secondary market and through partners who supply verified deadstock. We are an independent retailer — we are not an authorised dealer for the brands we carry, and we do not claim to be. What we do claim is that everything we ship is genuine and passes the checks above.

Condition

Unless a listing says otherwise, everything we sell is new and unworn. Where a box is damaged or a pair has been tried on, the listing says so plainly and the price reflects it.

Processed in 1–2 business days, then 3–7 business days in the US and 5–10 across Europe. Free standard shipping over $150. Every order ships tracked.

30 days from delivery, worldwide, in original condition with the box. EU and UK customers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on top. Full policy.
